The Role

• Independent control and processing of surfaces (tapping, straightening, filing, grinding)
• Close collaboration with manufacturing to optimize surface quality and process flows
• Documentation of defects and implementation of corrective actions
• Sandblasting of metal parts in a cabin requiring full protective gear
• Operation of stripping devices and robots

What You'll Need

• Knowledge as a locksmith, surface treatment specialist, painter, or similar
• Previous experience is valued, even without formal training
• Ability to read technical drawings and work plans
• Willingness to work late and night shifts on occasion
• German language proficiency (written and spoken) or Russian/Polish
