Technical Lead

Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain data driven applications using .NET, C#, Python, Shell script and
SQL based components to support banking and reporting systems. 2. Develop, enhance and
support ETL workflows using CDIPC, SSIS, SQL, Snowflake and data integration processes for
large scale financial datasets. 3. Analyze and optimize existing .NET and data processing
components, providing quicker issue resolution, performance improvements, and functional
enhancements. 4. Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines, stored procedures and data
models to support analytics, reporting, and regulatory data flows. 5. Develop and enhance SSRS
and Power BI reports for business, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements. 6. Support
Axiom regulatory reporting processes including data sourcing, transformation logic, workflow
execution, validation, and submission readiness. 7. Perform data reconciliation between source
systems, staging layers, and reporting outputs, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve
discrepancies. 8. Automate batch processes and job scheduling using Automic, shell scripting,
and Unix/Windows environments to ensure reliable data processing. 9. Manage incidents,
perform vulnerability remediation, troubleshoot data and application issues, and support
deployments across banking platforms. 10. Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and ensure delivery aligned with SDLC and change management,
while guiding team members using GitLab, Jira, and ServiceNow.
Requirements:
Requires Master s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer
Applications, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Applied Computer
Science, Information Science or related field. Requires 2 years of experience in the job offered or
as Technical Lead / Software Lead, Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer or
related field. Requires experience in NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server SSIS,
Informatica, AngularJS, KnockoutJS, jQuery, ServiceNow.
Job requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
