ServiceNow Architect

**100% Remote Role**

Must Have:

• SNow CTA or higher; a CMA is ideal.


• SNow CIS Hardware Asset Management (HAM).


• HAM functional depth: background as an Endpoint Manager or Hardware Asset Manager at a large enterprise, or close partnership with people in those roles.


• Managed services experience. Help desk experience counts, even if it was 10 years ago.


• Enterprise SNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, including multi-instance environments.


• Hands-on ownership of platform governance and integration standards (REST/SOAP APIs, ITIL alignment).


• Pay Range: $100-$105/hr.
