SAP Supply Planning / SAP Improvement Manager

Role: SAP Improvement Manager/Supply Planning

Duration: 9 months plus (with potential for long term)

Location: Denver (or) Boulder, CO

Work type: Onsite (preferable Local candidates)

We are looking for Supply Planning / SAP Improvement Manager with deep experience in SAP PP and MM. Ideally, this would be someone who has been heavily involved in an SAP implementation, migration, or transformation project and has served as a Super User, Key User, Process Owner, or business lead supporting planning processes.

More than just SAP expertise, we are looking for someone who can:

• Analyze data and turn it into actionable insights
• Support and influence decision-making within our SIOP process
• Work across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams
• Present confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Help drive process improvement and business adoption during transformation initiatives

Key Skills required for this role:

• SAP PP/MM expertise
• SAP migration, implementation, or ERP transformation experience

• Super User or business process ownership experience
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• SIOP/IBP experience
• Executive communication and presentation skills
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment
