Position Summary

We are seeking an AI Trainer to design and deliver structured, level-based AI training programs for employees across different roles and functions. The trainer will help users progress from basic AI awareness to advanced, practical use of enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude.

The role requires strong training, communication, and applied AI skills, with emphasis on responsible AI adoption, data privacy, security, productivity improvement, and practical business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI training programs at Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and AI Champion levels.
• Provide hands-on training across Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and other approved AI tools.
• Teach AI fundamentals, prompt writing, document analysis, research, summarization, content creation, and workflow automation.
• Develop role-based training for functions such as:

o Administration

o Finance

o Procurement

o Human Resources

o IT

o Project Management

o Communications

o Operations

• Create practical AI scenarios, exercises, demonstrations, and assignments.
• Educate employees on responsible AI use, including:

o Data privacy

o Sensitive and confidential information

o Security considerations

o AI hallucinations

o Human verification

o Ethical AI usage

• Develop reusable prompt templates, quick-reference guides, training materials, and user documentation.
• Conduct instructor-led sessions, workshops, webinars, and hands-on labs.
• Assess employee AI proficiency and recommend appropriate learning paths.
• Track participation, completion, assessment results, and training effectiveness.
• Support AI champions and departmental power users with advanced training.
• Stay current with new capabilities and updates across leading AI platforms.
• Collaborate with technical, security, governance, and business teams to ensure training aligns with organizational AI policies and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Technology, Business, Education, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience delivering technology, digital transformation, or AI-related training.
• Practical experience with multiple Generative AI platforms such as:

o Microsoft Copilot

o Google Gemini

o ChatGPT

o Claude

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and practical business applications of Generative AI.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience creating training materials, exercises, demonstrations, and user guides.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, responsible AI, and information-handling practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise, public sector, regulated, or large organizational environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles.
• Experience developing learning paths, assessments, certifications, or train-the-trainer programs.
• Experience facilitating executive, business-user, and technical training sessions.
• Knowledge of AI agents, enterprise search, workflow automation, or AI-assisted business processes.
