The "REAL" Insurance Lady (T.R.I.L.) is a family-owned, mission-driven insurance agency serving individuals and families with health, Medicare, dental, vision, and life insurance support. Our work is centered on helping underserved communities navigate important coverage decisions with clarity, care, and confidence.
An Agency Associate delivers exceptional customer service, manages client communications, assists with new client enrollment and existing client renewals while working alongside licensed Agents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Manage inbound and making outbound calls, sending emails, and general correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Information Gathering & Updates: Reach out to existing and new clients to collect updated records, collect consent for renewals, and ensure customer data accuracy.
- Lead Generation & Support: Assist with prospective client outreach, gather initial inquiry details, and qualify leads.
- Seamless Escalation: Efficiently triage client needs and transfer requests to licensed Client Service Specialists whenever insurance-licensed guidance or transactions are required.

- Customer Service Experience: Strong background in client management, account support, or consultative sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with demonstrated phone presence.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Ability: Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze issues and execute timely resolutions.
- Adaptability & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and remain open to evolving processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Fast, accurate data entry capabilities.
- Technical & Remote Setup Requirements
- Computer Setup: PC running Windows 7 (or higher) OR Mac running macOS 10.1 (or higher).
- Peripherals: Dual-monitor setup (secondary monitor required), hands-free headset, and working webcam.

- High-speed internet connection
This position is an independent contractor role (1099). To be considered, candidates must operate as an established business entity, which requires having an active DBA (Doing Business As) and a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number).
