The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a successful shopping experience for customers in collaboration with team members.
• Actively participate in stocking, product presentation, baking, and operating modern POS systems.
• Support the functionality of Scan&Go zones, engage customers, and provide assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist the store manager with duties such as leading shifts, coordinating task assignments, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks as needed.

What You'll Need

• Retail experience or experience in a comparable industry, ideally with some leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision).
• A team player with a high degree of responsibility and enthusiasm for motivating others.
• Fast and efficient work ethic with adaptability to changing tasks.
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts in consultation with management.
