Sales Manager

Sales Manager to lead sales activity, support team performance, and help drive revenue growth across assigned markets. This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who is comfortable managing sales goals, coaching team members, and working closely with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day sales activity and team priorities
Support sales representatives with pipeline development and follow-up
Monitor sales goals, activity, and performance
Review opportunities and help move deals through the pipeline
Coach team members on outreach, follow-up, and client communication
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
Coordinate with leadership on sales planning and growth initiatives
Support client meetings and higher-value sales opportunities
Prepare routine sales performance updates
Qualifications
Strong sales and leadership skills
Comfortable managing goals, pipelines, and team performance
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable using CRM and office software
Good organization and decision-making skills
Professional and dependable
Previous sales, account management, or team leadership experience is preferred
