The Role

• Coordinate schedules, manage staff absences, and optimize tour planning.
• Support the update of care levels and ensure correct classification.
• Perform classic elderly care duties, including medication management, general care, and digital documentation.
• Maintain trusting relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Provide professional and personal guidance to assistants, trainees, and interns.
• Contribute creatively to daily life and resident activities.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d).
• Alternatively, another completed vocational training in elderly or health and nursing care.
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to interaction.
• Experience in tour or service planning is advantageous.
