The Role

• Coordinate the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Identify and address issues with the nursing schedule and staffing ratios.
• Manage and ensure compliance of employee files with regulatory standards.
• Schedule and communicate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
• Distribute the nursing schedule in a timely and efficient manner.
• Draft professional correspondence and reports as needed.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
