House of Sport, an experiential DICK’S Sporting Goods concept, is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to drive sales, coach teammates, and deliver unforgettable in-store sports experiences. You’ll oversee daily floor operations, lead by example in customer engagement, and support events, clinics, and activities on our playing fields and rock walls. Partner with leadership on merchandising, inventory, and service standards while fostering an inclusive, team-focused culture.
