The Role • Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash capabilities, aligning with business objectives and sales cycle efficiency. • Drive cross-functional AI integration across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to enhance Lead to Cash workflows. • Oversee the development of AI-powered Lead to Cash tools, ensuring they address key process pain points and deliver measurable operational gains. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, identify automation opportunities, and develop impactful AI solutions. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI adoption within Lead to Cash workflows and measure business value. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities.
