Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.
• 4-6 yrs DevOps, CI/CD expertise, release & environment management, Salesforce ecosystem, automation and scripting, quality & security
• Create CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (validate → test → deploy → monitor). Standardize branching, packaging, and environment management across teams.
• Reduce release risk with automation, quality gates, and DevSecOps controls.
• Own release execution end-to-end and continuously improve delivery metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
