General Manager

The General Manager, Dental & Animal Health Distribution oversees branch sales performance and internal operations. This role leads and coaches the sales team, analyzes market trends and customer needs, and partners with operations to build a strong customer service culture. The General Manager develops strategies for growth and profitability, reviews team performance, supports hiring decisions, and identifies process improvements to increase efficiency and manage costs in a wholesale distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate direct reports' performance, providing coaching and feedback.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and control costs.
• Collaborate on branch strategy, budgeting, and asset management for profitability.
• Ensure effective use of CRM and reporting tools to manage pipeline and customer relationships.
