The Role

• Actively participate in the design and development of new geriatric facilities and workflows.
• Provide individualised, high-quality care with compassion and expertise.
• Ensure structured documentation of care measures and contribute to quality assurance.
• Independently carry out physician-ordered treatments and ensure professional execution.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from nursing, medicine, and therapy for holistic patient care.
• Support and mentor trainees, contributing to their practical education.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d).
• A genuine passion for providing care with heart and professionalism.
• Experience or specialised training in geriatrics, or a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
• Motivation, innovative ideas, and a proactive attitude towards developing geriatric care.
• Strong empathy, communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
