Job Description

Patient Management Specialist | Holzkirchen, Germany | Hybrid

We are hiring for a leading national healthcare provider, recognized as the largest family-owned hospital group in Germany. Our central administration teams support approximately 300 dedicated professionals across Munich and Rosenheim, playing a crucial role in the well-being of our patients. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Rosenheim.

The Role

  • Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes.
  • Handle billing for inpatient services, including DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation.
  • Provide support to decentralized patient management departments within the group, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Contribute to efficient hospital operations and patient care coordination.

What You'll Need

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally, experience with hospital information systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP.
  • Previous experience in inpatient billing is preferred.
  • High level of performance, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Proactive, structured work approach with the ability to maintain an overview in demanding situations.
  • Professional and service-oriented interaction with various stakeholders.
