The Role

• Lead a ward team within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy department.
• Take responsibility for the treatment of children and adolescents, primarily with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary leadership team of specialist physicians and psychological psychotherapists.
• Engage in internal clinic training, particularly within our youth curriculum.
• Pursue scientific work and actively participate in national and international congresses.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• A team-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility, leadership aptitude, and an independent work style.
• Excellent professional and social competence, openness, commitment, flexibility, and performance readiness.
