The Role

• Maintain store presentation and ensure an outstanding customer shopping experience.
• Assist with stock replenishment, visual merchandising, baking, and operating modern POS systems, including self-checkout.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and ensuring adherence to store concepts.
• Undertake inventory management, cleaning duties, and stocktaking.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience, with some leadership or shift management experience ideally.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for motivating others.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts.
