HR Business Partner (d/m/w)

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Develop and implement HR solutions and concepts in close coordination with business departments and international interfaces
• Provide leadership and career coaching, advising managers through change processes and supporting employee development
• Manage key annual HR cycles and drive workforce processes directly within the business units
• Offer guidance on compensation, labor law, and compliance matters in cooperation with specialist teams
• Cultivate a positive working environment, contribute to talent acquisition, and collaborate constructively with employee representation bodies

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in law, business administration, psychology, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience as an HR business partner, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Solid knowledge of relevant labor, collective bargaining, and social security regulations
• Fluent command of German and English in both spoken and written communication
