Operations Manager

Farmers Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the operational functions of an agency. As an Operations Manager, you will collaborate with your team to develop best practices, implement effective workflows, and enhance customer service delivery. You will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and managing budgets to maximize profitability. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing your agency with our support.
