ServiceNow SPO Implementation Specialist / Developer

Summary
Configure, develop and deploy the ServiceNow SPO solution. You will own technical build and integrations and work closely with the functional designer.

SUBMIT ONLY HAVE SPO MODULE EXPERINECE (SOURCING PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS )

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SPO and related procurement modules to approved designs
• Build workflows, flows (Flow Designer), business rules, client scripts, UI policies and catalog items
• Develop integrations with ERP, finance and supplier systems (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub)
• Manage data migration and load for vendors, contracts, catalogs and product models
• Define roles, ACLs and security for procurement data
• Perform unit and integration testing, and support UAT and go-live
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, update-set and deployment standards, and document the technical design
• Mentor junior developers (CL9)

Required

• Hands-on ServiceNow development, with SPO or procurement/sourcing module experience
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Integration experience with ERP or finance platforms
• Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD or update-set promotion
• Ability to work independently in a remote team

Preferred

• End-to-end SPO implementation experience
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or Coupa-style procurement integrations
• Exposure to the data model behind SPO (built on older procurement modules)
