Job description

Systems Integration Engineer

  • Annapolis Junction, MD This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance. 2HB Incorporated is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer in order to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Description: The Software Integration Engineer shall serve as the primary customer-facing operations point of contact, managing request triage, gathering and scoping technical requirements, and providing standby support for ad-hoc critical thinking requests as directed by the mission customer.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Linux CLI
  • Experience writing scripts using Shell/Bash/Python
  • Linux administration experience including software integration, service management, configuration management, and routine sustainment operations related to provisioning, storage, and networking.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and supporting COTS/GOTS/FOSS software, li braries, and packages in a Linux environment
  • Experience with stream/batch Big Data processing and analytic frameworks including Spark
  • Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI
  • Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) principles and automation infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Ansible
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Experience deploying containerized services under Kubernetes orchestration
  • Demonstrated experience using system monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana
  • Experience with Git for source code management, branching strategies, and team collaboration This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
