Systems Integration Engineer

• Annapolis Junction, MD This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance. 2HB Incorporated is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer in order to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Description:   2HB is seeking a candidate who shall be responsible for the test, evaluation, integration, and troubleshooting of the HPC software stack and related system issues.

Required Skills

• Experience with the Linux CLI, and the Linux suite of tools
• Extensive recent experience using Bash/Python to develop scripts
• Solid understanding of the Slurm resource management and job scheduling tool
• Experience with integration, evaluation, and system administration of HPC systems
• Experience troubleshooting HPC system problems, including basic system administration tasks, including software stack issues and hardware issues
• Experience with IaC principles and automation tools such as Salt and Ansible
• Familiar with HPC shared file systems such as Lustre, GPFS, and Panasas
• Familiar with system monitoring tools such as Ganglia and Nagios
• Familiar with acceleration technologies such as GPU, FPGA, and ASICs
• Familiar with high-speed network interconnect technologies such as InfiniBand and Slingshot
• Familiar with open-source industry-standard HPC benchmark tooling
• Ability to troubleshoot problems with a rigorous, analytical approach that enables diagnosis of root causes and discovery of mitigation/solution paths
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least ten (10) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment. This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
