The Clinical Back Office Supervisor will support a primary care practice by overseeing clinical operations, supervising staff, coordinating workflows, and managing patient scheduling. This role also leads inventory control and contributes to the practice’s marketing presence through social media management and marketing coordination. Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations within the primary care practice. Supervise and support clinical back office staff. Coordinate patient scheduling and related workflow activities.

Maintain efficient clinical workflows across the practice. Monitor and manage clinical inventory. Manage the practice’s social media presence. Coordinate marketing initiatives and activities. Team player and a possess a willingness to serve in other areas of the practice as required. Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in clinical operations and healthcare marketing.
