Job Description:

Apex Systems is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across multiple teams. This role is responsible for facilitating team execution, release readiness, process compliance, and delivery reporting while helping teams remove impediments and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and support the execution of work across Agile teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Enable teams to focus on delivery by minimizing distractions and removing impediments.
• Shield teams from unnecessary interruptions and help resolve blockers that may impact progress.
• Support release readiness activities, ensuring required documentation, testing, and approvals are completed.
• Promote adherence to established development, change management, and organizational processes.
• Track risks, dependencies, action items, and key delivery milestones.
• Maintain visibility into team activities and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain delivery metrics, status reports, and performance dashboards.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders to improve delivery effectiveness and team performance.
• Foster continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting release management, software delivery, and change management processes.
• Familiarity with testing, quality assurance practices, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with Agile project management tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Scrum certification preferred.

• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of delivery metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proven track record of helping teams improve collaboration, predictability, and delivery outcomes.
