3-Month Interim Assignment London Hybrid Agency Worker
Lead Organisational Change with Confidence
The Bukola Group is working in partnership with a well-respected, values-led organisation to recruit an experienced Interim HR Advisor for an initial 3-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with proven expertise in organisational change, consultation processes, restructuring and employee relations.
This role requires someone who can quickly build credibility, provide expert advice to senior stakeholders, and support complex change initiatives with professionalism, empathy and sound employment law knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Support organisational change projects, including consultation, restructuring and redundancy processes.
- Attend consultation meetings, providing specialist HR advice and guidance to managers.
- Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring best practice and legal compliance.
- Draft consultation documents, employee communications and correspondence.
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and case documentation.
- Support the wider HR team in delivering a high-quality people service during a period of change.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Significant experience within an HR Advisory, Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting organisational change, consultation, restructuring and redundancy programmes.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to manage sensitive and complex situations with discretion and professionalism.
- A proven track record of quickly embedding into teams and delivering results in interim environments.
Desirable
- Experience working with trade unions or employee representatives.
- Previous experience supporting values-led, not-for-profit, charity or membership organisations.
