• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience with Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) and Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience working with CMDB and ServiceNow integrations.
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Recent hands-on experience working in the Telecom industry on ServiceNow TSM/TSOM implementations.
