H2 Health Kids, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our pediatric team. Your Role
- Implement and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs under the direction of a BCBA.
- Conduct assessments and assist in the development of treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Provide direct and indirect ABA services to pediatric patients.
- Monitor patient progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals.
- Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as appropriate.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company, payer, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate caregivers on behavior management strategies and skill-building techniques to support success across environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure if required by state regulations.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
- Competitive Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
