Direct B2B Sales Representatives who are ready to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in a performance-driven environment. This is a relationship-based, field sales role where you will work directly with business owners and decision-makers to provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect their employees and operations.

Business Development & Sales
Prospect and engage small-to-mid-sized businesses through direct outreach
Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with owners and decision-makers
Relationship & Account Management
Build long-term partnerships with clients based on trust and service
Maintain consistent follow-up and support for existing accounts
Track personal production and performance metrics
High level of personal accountability and discipline
Previous customer-facing experience REQUIRED
D2D and/or B2B Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Open to candidates with experience in competitive or performance-based environments
(sports, leadership roles, etc.)
We are cautious about candidates with heavy direct sales backgrounds that may bring bad habits that are difficult to unlearn
Ideal candidates are in their second or third job —not entry-level fresh out of college
Seeks long-term growth with the opportunity to build a team
