The Role

• Prospecting new business and managing assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conducting property inspections to identify pest issues and customer needs.
• Developing and recommending effective pest control solutions to commercial clients.
• Building trusted relationships with customers as an essential partner.
• Utilizing provided tools and technology to manage client agreements and stay organized.
• Prioritizing safety in all responsibilities and upholding professional integrity.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access challenging spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use safety equipment, including respirators if required.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and commitment to building customer trust.
