Title: Java Full stack Developer Location: Trenton, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Interview mode: F2F

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing features in React and modern JavaScript.
• Develop and enhance backend APIs and business logic in Java/Spring.
• Work across frontend, backend and databases to deliver complete end-to-end features.
• Debug and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis and fixes.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code following team standards.
• Manage configuration and environment-specific behavior across dev/stage/prod.
• Collaborate/Communicate with business users to clarify requirements.
• Improve performance, reliability, and security of existing modules.
• Participate in technical design discussions.
• Support release activities, versioning, and post-release monitoring.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React and JavaScript based UI development.
• Strong experience with Core Java 8+ and Spring MVC/Spring Boot application development.
• Familiarity with Maven and Java build/release practices.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands on experience with relational databases - oracle preferred

• Familiarity with authentication/session handling in web applications.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to deploy java and react applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot full-stack issues quickly and independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React using Vite.
• Exposure to state management patterns and reusable UI architecture.
• Good to have aws knowledge as they are preparing to move from on premise to cloud
