Automotive Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop sales staff with a focus on performance, engagement, and career growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive regulations, and ethical sales practices
• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and focus on long-term loyalty
• Support implementation of technology-driven tools and digital sales processes
• Contribute to store planning, forecasting, and local market initiatives to grow business
