Compliance Specialist | Mainz am Rhein, Germany | Hybrid

The Role
- Prepare and edit a high volume of Due Diligence screening-related data, consolidating information from various sources.
- Upload mass data into a Compliance Desktop Screening Tool and perform initial analysis of identified red flags for risk-based assessment.
- Support the monitoring of Due Diligence Process Compliance, providing instructions to global colleagues and collaborating with other functions.
- Contribute to the improvement of Due Diligence Processes by providing feedback on potential enhancements.
- Monitor and administer a screening tool, along with an ABAC E-Mailbox, and manage responses.
- Engage with different IT solutions to ensure data quality management.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Science, or equivalent vocational training/experience.
- Basic understanding of Compliance or related company risks is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively.
- Excellent MS Excel skills, including vLookUp and pivot tables.
- Experience with IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on MS SharePoint.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
