The Role

• Prepare and edit a high volume of Due Diligence screening-related data, consolidating information from various sources.
• Upload mass data into a Compliance Desktop Screening Tool and perform initial analysis of identified red flags for risk-based assessment.
• Support the monitoring of Due Diligence Process Compliance, providing instructions to global colleagues and collaborating with other functions.
• Contribute to the improvement of Due Diligence Processes by providing feedback on potential enhancements.
• Monitor and administer a screening tool, along with an ABAC E-Mailbox, and manage responses.
• Engage with different IT solutions to ensure data quality management.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Science, or equivalent vocational training/experience.
• Basic understanding of Compliance or related company risks is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively.
• Excellent MS Excel skills, including vLookUp and pivot tables.
• Experience with IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on MS SharePoint.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
