Account Manager

Quad is seeking an Account Manager, Sourcing Solutions to support clients in the Information Technology & Software industry. In this role, you will manage key client relationships and lead sourcing for integrated marketing services across print and digital channels. You will assess client needs, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure efficient, high-quality delivery. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for Quad's sourcing solutions within the IT and software sector
• Manage end-to-end sourcing for print, digital and technology-enabled marketing services
• Analyze client needs and translate requirements into sourcing strategies and vendor selections
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and service levels to optimize cost, quality and timelines
• Coordinate with internal operations, creative, technology and logistics teams to ensure flawless delivery
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
• Prepare reports, forecasts and insights on spend, savings and supplier performance
• Support new business opportunities through proposals, presentations and solution recommendations
