Data, Performance & Evaluation Lead - £610 per day (Inside of IR35) - Westminster (Hybrid) - SC Cleared

We're looking for an experienced Data, Performance & Evaluation Lead to support a Contact Management programme.

• Rate: £610 per day (Inside of IR35)
• Duration: 5-month contract
• Location: Westminster, 1-2 days per week onsite

The role combines data strategy and governance with hands-on Power BI delivery.

You'll establish the foundations for measuring programme performance, evaluating outcomes and tracking benefits, helping the team make informed decisions about future delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Build the Contact Management baseline to provide a clear starting point for measuring performance and improvement
• Establish data quality standards to support consistent, reliable reporting
• Define KPIs and the methodology for measuring progress and evaluating outcomes
• Develop Power BI dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility of programme performance
• Build a benefits framework to identify, measure and track programme benefits
• Work closely with the Project Manager to turn evaluation evidence into recommendations to scale, adapt, pause or stop activity

Required experience:

• Strong experience in data strategy and governance
• Proven hands-on experience delivering Power BI dashboards
• Experience building KPI and benefits frameworks for large programmes
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders
