They are seeking a skilled PKI System Administrator to join a critical enterprise IT contract, ensuring seamless operations across multiple locations. The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave enterprise network. • Perform Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, including issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards and soft certificates. • Handle customer inquiries and issues related to PKI systems, both in-person and remotely. • Train remote Trusted Agents on basic PKI duties. • Conduct routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and implementation of new PKI technologies. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established Identity and Access Management (IdAM) guidelines. What You'll Need • Proven experience interacting with customers and stakeholders to resolve service inquiries and problems. • Experience implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PKI, RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity Management tools. • Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts, token cards, and soft certificates for authentication and digital signing/encryption. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer types. • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or a higher degree with equivalent experience.
