ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Developer 100% Remote

This role is focused on supporting and enhancing an enterprise-scale ServiceNow Vulnerability Response environment, including workflow automation, platform enhancements, integrations, production support, upgrades, and process improvements. The team is specifically looking for someone with hands-on ServiceNow development experience who understands Security Operations and Vulnerability Response workflows.
The team already have vulnerability analysts on the team. They do not need a vulnerability management professional who happens to know ServiceNow.

They need someone who can:

  • Build solutions in ServiceNow
  • Modify workflows
  • Create automations
  • Fix platform issues
  • Support VRM enhancements

Target Profile:

  • ServiceNow Developer
  • ServiceNow Engineer
  • ServiceNow SecOps Developer
  • ServiceNow VRM Developer

The resource will be also be a strategic advisor to the SNOW Product Owner and should understand:

  • Vulnerability lifecycle
  • CVEs
  • Remediation workflows
  • Assignment groups
  • Ticket routing
  • Vulnerability ownership
  • Security Operations processes
