Senior OneStream Consultant

Duration: 6-12 months

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior OneStream Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, development, enhancement, and ongoing support of OneStream solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OneStream and a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, or related FP&A processes.

This role is open to candidates with either a Technical/Development or Functional OneStream background. Candidates who can bridge both areas are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support OneStream applications and solutions.
• Work with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into OneStream solutions.
• Support financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and management reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain OneStream business rules, workflows, dashboards, reports, dimensions, and application components as applicable.
• Participate in OneStream implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues and provide effective solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and recommend process improvements.
• Support data integration between OneStream and other financial/enterprise systems.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer to users and team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OneStream or closely related EPM/CPM technologies.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes.
• Experience with OneStream implementation, configuration, development, or functional consulting.
• Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• OneStream Certified Professional (preferred).
• Experience with OneStream XF, including Cube/Model Design, Workflow, Business Rules, Reporting, and Dashboards.
• Experience with OneStream Integration and data loading.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or scripting.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion/Essbase, SAP, or other EPM/FP&A platforms.
• Experience in financial close, consolidation, FP&A, or corporate performance management.
