We are delighted to represent a leading international private equity firm with offices across North America and Europe. We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee the accounting, financial control, and governance of a portfolio of Luxembourg SPVs. The role combines strong technical accounting expertise with a focus on process improvement and technology-enabled transformation. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting and financial reporting under Luxembourg GAAP for a portfolio of SPVs and holding structures. Manage complex accounting areas including participations, intra-group financing, foreign exchange, and intercompany transactions. Coordinate year-end close activities, external audits, and statutory filings. Design and maintain a robust control framework, ensuring strong governance, reconciliations and issue remediation. Lead process optimisation, automation, and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting quality.We

Profil recherché

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.  6–8 years’ experience in accounting, audit, or finance, preferably with exposure to private equity, asset management, or financial services.  Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting, tax, and regulatory matters.  Experience contributing to or delivering digital or process improvement projects.  Charted Accountant or equivalent qualification is a plus.  Detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough, with strong organizational skills.  Practical problem-solver with common sense, able to prioritize effectively and work independently.  Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with senior executives and external partners.  Application process: As an equal opportunity employer, we embrace diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
