This role offers the opportunity to deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers, redefining roadside repair with innovation and exceptional service. The Role • Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services on customer driveways and car parks. • Conduct a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. • Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Represent the company with pride, offering advice and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Work independently, making the right decisions for each customer and challenge. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with various light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers and represent the brand. What's On Offer • Competitive base salary of £45,370 with on-target earnings up to £57,000. • Guaranteed overtime option at £30 per hour after the first month. • A company van, fuel card, uniform, and essential tools/diagnostic kit provided. • 23 days of holiday (rising to 25), plus bank holidays, and paid family leave.
