The Role

• Lead and coordinate a residential unit, ensuring high standards of care.
• Implement and oversee thepflegekonzept (care concept) and nursing processes.
• Ensure and document care planning and execution.
• Collaborate closely with medical professionals and relevant authorities.
• Conduct quality assurance measures within the unit.
• Provide professional guidance, training, and development for staff members.

What You'll Need

• Completed professional training in geriatric or general nursing care.
• Additional qualification as a Ward Manager.
• Confident and reliable demeanor.
• A genuine passion for working with the elderly and those in need of care.
• Strong communication, reliability, and commitment.
