Workshop Plant Fitter Location: Sidcup Salary: £40,(Apply online only) – £45,(Apply online only) + Training + Career Progression The Company NEOS Engineering are working exclusively with a well-established and highly respected plant hire business who are looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Plant Fitter to join their busy Hayes depot.

The Role As a Workshop Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair and inspection of a wide range of heavy plant and construction equipment. Working within a modern workshop, you'll ensure machinery is maintained to the highest standards, helping keep customers operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair heavy plant machinery.<br />Diagnose and fault-find mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.<br />Carry out routine inspections, servicing and preventative maintenance.<br />Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.<br />Accurately complete service reports and job documentation.<br />Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.<br />The Candidate Experience working on heavy plant, construction or agricultural machinery.<br />Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.<br />NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (desirable).<br />Full UK driving licence.<br />A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.<br />What's On Offer £40,(Apply online only) – £45,(Apply online only) basic salary.<br />Ongoing manufacturer and technical training.<br />Excellent opportunities for career progression.<br />Stable, long-term position with a leading plant hire business.<br />Supportive team and modern workshop facilities.<br />If you're an experienced Plant Fitter looking to join a company that genuinely invests in its engineers and offers long-term progression, we'd love to hear from you.
