Principal People Analytics & Insights Partner

Marvin is seeking a Principal People Analytics & Insights Partner to drive data-informed workforce decisions across our manufacturing organization. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of analytics strategies that inform talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to build dashboards, perform advanced analysis, and turn people data into clear insights and recommendations. This role suits a hands-on analytics leader who thrives in a collaborative, people-first, and continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead people analytics initiatives to support workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness across Marvin
• Partner with HR and business leaders in manufacturing operations to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics on talent, engagement, retention, and workforce performance
• Apply statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in people data
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and responsible use of HR data across systems and tools
• Guide experimentation and A/B testing for HR programs and interventions
• Present findings and storytelling with data to senior leadership to influence decision-making
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance HR data infrastructure and analytics capabilities
• Stay current on best practices in people analytics, benchmarking Marvin against industry standards
• Mentor HR partners in data literacy and effective use of analytics in day-to-day decision-making
