Job Description

Hiring: E-Discovery Specialist
Location: Remote

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Forensics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, litigation support, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic evidence collection and preservation.
  • Strong understanding of forensic imaging and evidence handling.
  • Knowledge of EDRM, chain of custody, data preservation, and electronic evidence.
  • Experience with SQL and database querying/data analysis.
  • Experience with eDiscovery, document management, data analytics, or electronic review platforms.
  • Understanding of legal requirements surrounding eDiscovery, evidence admissibility, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
