We’re seeking a hands-on SecOps & Systems Administrator with experience in security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and PKI. This role will oversee the DigiCert platform and certificate lifecycle, with additional responsibilities in systems administration and network security.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Manage vulnerability assessments, security hardening, access controls, and firewall policies.
• Own DigiCert administration, certificate renewals, PKI, and SSL/TLS troubleshooting.
• Maintain certificate inventories and automate expiration monitoring and renewals.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, patching, backups, endpoints, and Fortinet networking.
• Maintain security documentation and collaborate with IT teams on risk reduction and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on SecOps experience, including alert monitoring and incident response.
• Knowledge of XDR/MDR platforms, vulnerability management, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Experience with DigiCert or a similar certificate authority platform.
• Strong understanding of SSL/TLS, DNS, firewalls, and network security.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MSP experience, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Fortinet firewalls, NinjaOne/RMM, and backup solutions.
• Security certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or Fortinet certifications.
