Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultant
Paid Training (No Experience Needed!)
Are you currently working in retail, customer service, hospitality, or banking?
Are you tired of unpredictable schedules, fixed hourly wages, and no clear path for advancement?
Lake Chevrolet and Lake Ford are hiring motivated individuals with great people skills, even if you have never sold a car before. We will provide the PAID professional training; operate like a dealership from the past. We close at 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and 5:00 PM on Saturdays!

YouTube inventory videos that drive buyers straight to you. automated service scheduler to keep store operations running seamlessly, allowing you to focus purely on building relationships and closing deals.

The Income Potential

Your income is based on your performance, not a capped hourly wage. industry-leading pay plan (25%–40% commission), many of our entry-level consultants earn $60,000 to
$Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs, conduct test drives, and deliver an exceptional, pressure-free customer experience.
