The Role

• Ensuring the flawless technical condition of assigned building systems.
• Independently conducting inspections, maintenance, and testing of building services (e.g., heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing).
• Performing regular checks and proactive repairs to infrastructure.
• Assisting and supporting clients with technical operational processes.
• Digitally documenting all carried-out tasks using mobile devices.

What You'll Need

• Technical qualification as a heating, air conditioning, ventilation, or plumbing technician, or a comparable role.
• Customer-oriented and proactive approach, with strong teamwork and reliability.
• Ideally some professional experience, but motivated career entrants are also encouraged.
• German language proficiency (B2 level) and a valid driver's license (Class B).
