The Role

• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due customer accounts.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email to collect on outstanding payments.
• Maintain low account aging by investigating and resolving overdue payment reasons.
• Collaborate with a team to minimize accounts receivable aging and bad debt.
• Meet and exceed departmental performance goals in a dynamic call center setting.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is advantageous.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
