Sr Oracle Fusion Technical Admin

• Work to become familiar with the existing Client hardware development process
• Work to develop processes and procedures within Oracle Fusion to mirror the existing process
• Document those processes and procedures for use by other team members
• Work with our vendor partners to onboard and integrate with the PLM for RFP management
• Ensure data integrity and consistency with data sources imported to the PLM, closing gaps in existing datasets and acquiring new data aggressively
• Work closely with the various teams that interface with the PLM to educate and familiarize them with the PLM tool
• Work to integrate the Oracle Fusion PLM with peer systems such as Shipyard, DCTrack, and Netbox
• Evangelize the PLM throughout the business and onboard new teams to it, ensuring their success at both adopting and working within the Oracle Fusion PLM framework
• Raise the quality bar in the delivery of our cloud infrastructure by identifying industry best practices surrounding PLM and working to adopt them
• Technical Degree (BS Computer Science/Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience supporting a cloud infrastructure at mid-tier scale or better
• Direct experience in Oracle Fusion and other PLM frameworks
• Experience with product development / product line management
• Self-driven execution with minimal or no supervision delivering the workload required
• Clear communication and collaboration across key stakeholders
• An insatiable passion for constant improvement
