Role: Validation Project Chief

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Validation Project Chief to oversee validation planning, coordination, and execution throughout the project lifecycle. This role will drive validation strategy, manage budgets and resources, coordinate property and ECU readiness, and ensure validation activities meet established quality, cost, and timing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end validation planning and execution, including development and maintenance of the Design Validation Plan (DVP).
• Establish validation roadmaps, milestones, schedules, and deliverables aligned with overall program objectives.
• Coordinate property and ECU readiness to ensure validation activities can be executed according to plan.
• Manage validation budgets, resource allocation, and utilization to support project requirements.
• Conduct validation reviews, coordinate compliance activities, and monitor progress against defined requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, resolve escalations, and coordinate investigations related to validation issues.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare program status reports, and communicate progress, risks, and action plans to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, testing, quality, and program teams to address validation challenges and maintain project alignment.
• Drive continuous monitoring of validation deliverables to achieve quality, cost, and timing targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in program or project management, preferably in automotive validation.
• Knowledge of Design Validation Plans (DVP) and validation planning and execution.
• Proven ability to lead validation activities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, schedules, and project deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Ability to track KPIs, report program status, and drive achievement of quality, cost, and timing objectives.
