Our client is a well-established organisation undertaking a significant Oracle Fusion transformation initiative. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Contracts module, ensuring successful delivery across business and vendor stakeholders
Your new role
This is an initial contract opportunity supporting a key Oracle Fusion Contracts implementation scheduled from October 2026 to February 2027.Reporting to senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of project planning, coordination and governance activities while working closely with business teams, vendors and subject matter experts to ensure successful project outcomes.Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and maintaining the project plan, schedule, milestones and critical path
- Coordinating workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities across business and vendor teams
- Managing actions, risks, issues, decisions and project dependencies
- Coordinating functional and technical resources throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Monitoring project status, budget and overall project health
- Ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet agreed quality standards
- Providing regular project reporting and updates to sponsors and leadership teams
- Managing and resolving non-standard contract and data-related issues in collaboration with project teams and procurement stakeholders
- Identifying and reporting process improvement opportunities throughout the implementation
- Supporting the delivery of foundational training for end users
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Demonstrated Project Management experience delivering enterprise application implementations
- Previous experience working on Oracle Fusion projects, ideally within Contracts, Procurement or ERP environments
- Strong project planning, governance and reporting capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and vendor teams
- Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating cross-functional resources
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- The ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and drive outcomes
